We ship to all of Canada.




RETURN POLICY?


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must arrive in the same condition as it was sent. Item must be mailed back to our billing address and then reviewed. (Address will be provided among contact) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Aura Roots will not be liable for any fees charged. Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Exchanges (If applicable) Aura Roots will replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email aurarootsrocks@gmail.com if this applies to you.

We offer a flat rate of $15.00 for your entire purchase or free shipping over $80.00

We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.




PAYMENT OPTIONS?


PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card (Aura Roots accepts payments through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, but still wish to pay by credit/debit card, you can select check out without an account.)

All mistakes caused by Aura Roots will be fixed. Please e-mail aurarootsrocks@gmail.com with evidence of a mistake on our end and we will accommodate your situation accordingly.
